Established in 2019, PKF Corporate is now a well-diversified financial services firm offering a range of financial products and services such as Private Wealth Management, Retail Broking and Distribution, Institutional Broking, Investment Banking, Bond Markets, Private Equity Services, Commodity Broking and Financial Management consultancy for corporates and SMEs.     • Dr. Sunday Adache

    Dr. Sunday Adache is a professional and expert at many fronts. He holds a doctorate in Business Administration plus certifications as well as practice expertise in other fields including Entrepreneurship, accountancy, information systems, and Engineering. This is possible due to his passion for mastery of every field of endeavor he finds an opportunity. Dr. Adache has to his credit over thirty one years of practice experiences in accounting, auditing, financial and management consultancy. He had the privilege of professional training with the firms of Deloitte (where he started his accountancy training through a special scheme in 1989) and later continued professional practice with KPMG in 1995.
    His professional and academic qualifications include, Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA), Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA), and CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), Chartered accountant (Lesotho, 2008 and Nigeria 1996), Honor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (B. Eng. 1989), Diploma in Entrepreneurship and innovative management from Galilee International Institute of Management.
    He has worked extensively on the audit of various organizations cutting across different industries, such as telecom, non-profits, hospitality, public sector, energy, pension funds, manufacturing, education etc. Furthermore, he is a researcher and consultant in general business advisory services, wherein he possess extensive expertise on revenue mobilization and enhancement for public sector entities. His engineering background coupled with personal business management exposure puts him in good grade in being able to decipher complex business problems

    MR SAMSON MPHAKA

    Mr Mphaka has over twenty years’ experience in corporate leadership and governance, business management, finance and accounting. He also has over three years’ experience in public sector leadership and management, finance and accounting as Accountant General of the Kingdom of Lesotho from January 2014 to June 2017. Sam Rankoe Mphaka is a Chartered Accountant and a member of Lesotho Institute of Accountants. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) Degree from the National University of Lesotho and a Master of Business Studies in Accounting from Dublin City University. He is a Past President of the Lesotho Institute of Accountants a position he held for three years. In addition, he possesses extensive experience in project and program management. He has held executive management positions in the above mentioned fields in a number of reputable organizations, both in Lesotho (e.g. Lesotho National Development Corporation, and Lesotho Housing & Land Development Corporation) and in South Africa, namely, Mineworkers Development Agency. He was part of the leadership, as a Deputy Chief Executive Officer, of the Millennium Challenge Account Lesotho, commonly known as MCA-Lesotho, who successfully implemented a multi-billion Rands and multi-projects program, commonly known as the Lesotho Compact, over the Compact-period of five years from 2008 to 2013. Furthermore, Mr. Sam Mphaka is an academic, having previously lectured at the Centre for Accounting Studies for six years and part-time lectured at the National University of Lesotho for a year. Moreover, Mr. Sam Mphaka has served as a board member for a number of reputable organizations both in Lesotho (e.g. Lesotho Brewing Company, O.K. Bazaars, Lesotho Revenue Authority, Metolong Authority etc.) and South Africa (e.g. Rutec Pty Ltd, Mineworkers Recycling Company etc.).He is currently the Chairman of the Council of the Centre for Accounting Studies, a local professional accounting training institution. He also has a wealth of experience in sport administration at federation and national levels, dating as far back as 1995.

    Mr. Bibin Johnson

    Mr. Bibin Johnson is an experienced financial advisor with demonstrated success at positive client delivery over five years in both financial services and the capital market industry. He is skilled in wealth management, equity advisory fundamental and technical analysis, IPO, listing, market research. He is excellent at client relationships with the dealing and operations of all capital markets products such as equity, derivatives, commodity, currencies, mutual funds, ETF, IPO, and insurance. Mr. Johnson holds a master of business administration (MBA), a Bachelor of Commerce degree (B.Com), and several professional certifications with the National Institute of Securities Markets (NSIM), India. The certifications and practical exposure include dealings in equity, derivatives, mutual funds, risk management, and securities operations. He is enthusiastic about assisting clients build a profitable portfolio and wealth over time.
